Mastermind Hive is a community of like-minded individuals with common business goals who get together remotely on a regular basis to brainstorm, support and assist one another.

That sounds pretty great doesn’t it?

The act of gathering into mastermind groups is a coordination of knowledge and effort between two or more people so they can accomplish a greater purpose with ease. Each member takes an active role in a team of like-minded people to give and receive support and advice for your success in business.

• Increased accountability allowing yourself to take action and overcome the obstacles to conquer your next milestone.

• Receive the support from others who are business focused to help navigate business challenges and overcome barriers by sharing broader perspectives. 

• Accountability scaled by each attending member that is committed to the group’s overall business success.

• Peer mentorship and group support that is intrinsic to your success.

• Grow your network and your skills side by side with other business focused peers on a similar path as yours.

• Self-reflection around your own skills and experiences while helping others.

Anyone with business goals to achieve. If you have a true desire to help and be helped in order to become better at what you do, then The MastermindHive is for you.

If needed, you may be required to provide proof of what you stated in the Enrollment Application (income, business ownership, etc.) 

• People looking for therapy, life coaching, or pity. If you want to discuss personal matters that don’t relate to your business success, this isn’t the community for you.

• People who are looking for someone to give them a step by step plan for success. No one knows your right path except for you. While you may receive suggestions and feedback to grow your business in a MastermindHive group, no one will be able to tell you how you should run your business. We are here to help you build that process out, together.

• People who are interested in a new business opportunity or want to recruit others to their business. If you don’t have a business idea you are currently working on, feel free to reach out to hive@mastermindhive.com and we can connect you with others who are at the business discovery stage. While some MastermindHive community members are free to collaborate on projects together, we do not allow recruitment to happen within the safe space that is The MastermindHive community.

Your commitment is simple and starts right after the first meeting.

• Dedicate one hour per week to a scheduled virtual meeting.
• Show up to the scheduled virtual meetings on time, and with an open mind.
• Do your best to attend your scheduled virtual meetings for 3 months.

Your business and your group is counting on you. Our masterminds run on a three month cycle which means you are able to renew or cancel at this time. You are free to request a new Mastermind group at any time and we will do our best to accommodate.

As Mastermind Hive organizers, we commit to matching you with a group that matches your needs based on the information you felt comfortable providing us. 

Sometimes a group may not mesh well and that is perfectly normal. If you don’t feel like you are making progress or that you relate to your group, we’ll work with you to provide another option if you’d like. 

Our main priority is that you have an outstanding experience on every MastermindHive meeting and that you are able to see tangible results in your business that you credit, in a small or big way, to your mastermind group members.

After the first Meeting where we’ll go over , you’ll join your colleagues for the weekly scheduled virtual meetings online. 

The first 10 minutes of each session will be dedicated to getting a pulse on everyone’s previous week. In a quick download, we’ll explore status around goals from the previous meeting, blocks that you may have had, or general questions you want to ask the group.

Next, there’ll be a deeper dive into a topic of the groups choice which could range from exploring a business challenge, choosing someone to dive into the business hot-seat and receive the groups full attention, sharing resources, or more. There are many ways to run a mastermind group and it depends on what the group finds valuable.

The end of every meeting is used to holistically review the mastermind progress as a group, highlight any concerns/issues that were not addressed, and to state what we intend to accomplish for our next upcoming week.

The first meeting is the first meeting you’ll have with your Mastermind group. 

Here you’ll meet your MastermindHive group members. Your MastermindHive host will introduce themselves and each of you.Guidelines for future meetings will be presented and in some part crafted by the group members. We find it important that all members are able to participate in the creation of individual group guidelines as it creates ownership and accountability.

We will also clarify what we each are aiming to accomplish during the next three months together. In this meeting, you have the chance to clear up any doubts and understand how your regular mastermind meeting is going to operate.

This is also an opportunity for you to get a feel with the other members of your group. 

In the rare case you think this group won’t suit you well, this is the right time to let us know so we can help you find another one that’s more your style.
